Athletes log completed workouts through the platform. I review sessions regularly and provide timely feedback to guide your progress.

• Performance Check-ins Every 2–4 Weeks
Regular in-depth reviews to assess your development, refine your plan, and set new benchmarks.

Maximum 1 phone call per week between hours of 8:00am-8:00pm, with 24 hour response
