One developmental training plan, updated daily - weekly
Maximum 1 email/text/message with response per week

One face-to-face or virtual background information gathering/assessment
One developmental training plan, updated weekly
Maximum 2 phone calls per week between hours of 8:00am-9:00pm; with 24 hour response
Maximum 2 emails/texts/messages with response per week

One 1/2 hour session, in person or virtual, with coach per month

New athletes or returning athletes after 6 months period are starting with option 2 or 3. Then they can switch to option 1 or 2. New athletes also may add monthly unlimited phone calls, text. messages option.
